  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping prices with vary depending on your geographical location and proximity to Stealth HQ in Melbourne, Australia or your local dealer. Shipping prices will be quoted when ordering.
  • How long will it take to receive my bike?
    Depending your order and location and inventory levels, delivery times may vary. If bikes are in stock we will ship within 3 business days. Delivery can take anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks depending on your location. These times may vary slightly depending on seasonal busy periods such as Christmas or uncontrolled events such as customs clearance clearance procedures. Stealth Electric bikes has no control over customs procedures in foreign countries. When your bike arrives, it is your responsibility to communicate with your local transport company to organise an appropriate delivery date and time. Signature and ID is required at delivery. It is your responsibility to cover tax, duties and fees that your local customs office may charge. When placing your order, you agree to pay your local customs agent directly for these costs. Tracking Numbers will be supplied where applicable.
  • How long does it take to receive a parts order?
    If parts are in stock, we will ship within 3 business days. If parts are not in stock, your sales agent will discuss delivery times with you when ordering. For international orders we use DHL express which has a standard delivery time of 3 business days door to door. Tracking Numbers will be supplied where applicable. We do not lower the value on international packages and you are required to cover any additional tax, duties and fees your local customs office may charge. It is your responsibility to pay your local customs agent direct for these costs. In Australia we use the most appropriate shipping method for the size of your package, this could take anywhere from one day to one week to arrive once shipped. Busy periods and holidays including Christmas shutdown may affect delivery times. Tracking will be provided where available.
  • Is my order insured during delivery?
    Yes, Stealth Electric Bikes maintain insurance to cover all products until delivered. All bikes bust be signed for on delivery. Title and risk of loss to all Stealth products will pass to you upon delivery.
  • I don't live in Australia, can I still order a bike
    Stealth Electric Bikes deliver to over 40 countries world-wide. You can order directly through your local Stealth Electric Bikes Authorised Dealer , completing our contact us form or email us directly at sales@stealthelectricbikes.com
  • Can I modify my order?
    Modifications to custom-built bike Orders (6-8 week lead time) will be accepted one week from placement of your order. All requests must be made to Stealth in writing and will be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of custom-built bike orders (6-8 week lead time) will be accepted within one week from the placement of your order. A re-stocking fee of $500USD will be charged on all cancelled bike orders after the one week grace period. All requests must be made in writing via your dealer/sales agent and will be confirmed in writing. Cancellations will be eligible for return of the purchase price of the product, less any shipping, customs, or other costs and fees including but not limited to finance or credit card fees incurred by Stealth Electric Bikes. These fees will be charged on all order cancellations and in addition to the $500USD restocking fee for bike order cancellations.
  • Do you offer finance?
    We are only able to offer finance for customers in Australia. For customers in other countries, please contact your Stealth Electric Bikes Authorised Dealer for finance options.
  • How do I pay?
    We accept credit card and international bank transfer. We do not accept cheque, bank draft, or money order. Your local Stealth Electric Bikes Authorised Dealer may provide alternative payment options.
